  • Upon ordering a Single Unit Sample, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $14.95 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite.   • Upon ordering a 2-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $21.95 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite. Your package will be delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days of payment. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “IronvaleUniformOutfitt”.
  • Upon ordering a 3-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $29.72 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite. Your package will be delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days of payment. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “IronvaleUniformOutfitt”.
  • Upon ordering a 4-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $37.95 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite. Your package will be delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days of payment. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “IronvaleUniformOutfitt”.
  • Upon ordering a 5-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $42.55 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite.   • Upon ordering a 6-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $52.79 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite.   • Upon ordering a 7-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $59.95 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite.   • Upon ordering a 8-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $76.65 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Heavy-Duty Utility Uniform Suite.   • Upon ordering a 8-Unit Fleet Outfitting Package, you will be charged a singular transaction fee of $34.95 (including FREE Standard Priority UPS Shipping) for Culinary & Chef Uniform Coat. Your package will be delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days of payment. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “IronvaleUniformOutfitt”.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed, inspected, and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our Austin, TX facility.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY WORKFORCE PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our workforce apparel with a 14-day workforce perfect fit guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the fit, comfort, or performance of your purchase, please contact our outfitting concierge desk at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@ironvaleuniformoutfitters.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
